Updating SDK for SI-1.9.1 release #10

@ppg @run-o so I had a little problem with a merge I had to back out: You can see that history here:

I think I got this back to a state where the previous PR request that had those workday updates in it, are contained in this PR.

Closing without merging as the SDK is outdated and starting with a fresh code gen off the most current YAML seems like the logical way to go.
