SA-2496 - EXE sign steps

What does this solve?

Changes to exe release process:

Only the binary files for ADMU signed at release step are committed on release
The UWP & GUI ADMU Exe's copyright data are now dynamically updated

Is there anything particularly tricky?

How should this be tested?
