Simplifies the scripts by just having customers upload the migrationUsers.CSV to the command for each Windows/macOS JumpCloud command. Updates the macOS script to restart after a minute instead of force closing the loginwindow — this worked in previous versions of macOS but seems to freeze the JumpCloud login window on login.
