Time Played Window Cellpadding Uneven #11

The cell padding on the right side where it displays the Time Played and Last Played appears to have different cellpadding compared to the left.

I think it should be increased to match the cellpadding on the left.

Fixed the left side padding to match the right side as originally intended. Left side had a typo and should be same as right side.
