Every time i try to press Shift + Tab , Nothing happens , Meaning i cant open steam in-game with Franken hud.

Fortunately (or unfortunately), in-game HUDs and other files cannot affect the Steam overlay. I believe you have an issue with GameOverlayUI.exe (check for it in task manager, and if you're on a Mac I have no idea).

Seriously though, FHUD CANNOT affect Steam overlay.
