Fixed a black bar above warpainted weapons on 1440p resolutions: https://github.com/CriticalFlaw/TF2HUD.Fixes/issues/155
Fixed some targetID overlaps in spectator mode
Fixed some inconsistencies in spectator mode (tip text shadow, improper alignment)
Updated item inspect panel to use high-quality item images

Added support for Arena Hybrid. It's basically PD HUD but I guess it's better than nothing.
