Add "Configure Rules" button to "auto sell list" frame #19

A button should be added that either opens the rule configuration interface, or a standalone frame that allows us to configure the rules.

Currently, we require the following steps once we realise we need a new rule:

  1. Close merchant frame
  2. Hit Esc
  3. Click Options
  4. Click AddOns
  5. Scroll to Krowi's Vendorer (a lot of people have a LOT of add-ons)
  6. Expand the menu
  7. Click Auto-Sell

and now we can finally manage rules.
