In addition to configuring Junk/Exclusion lists outside of vendors, it would also be helpful to have a "Junk items" frame we could open via a slash command /vendorer junk or /kav junk where it lists all items in our inventory that are on the Junk list, sorted by gold value in ascending order.
A "Destroy Next Item" button would then delete the lowest value item. This button is very helpful for farming runs of old, long raids such as Sunwell or Black Temple where you don't have access to mount up to sell stuff.
