Mini moveable expandable and a sticher #13

Hey can you possible make the mini map its own window and resizable.

also seeing if its possible to throw in a sticher in there so that i can have a map ingame to look through as well

the minimap floating / resizable is already on the list see #3 and the stitcher is #11
