Your Tropical Beach biome ID (value 55) cannot be configured via the configuration file, so this value collides with the default value from Biomes O Plenty for Deciduous Forest, which can be corrected by changing BOP's default value.

Also, in the comments in the configuration file for the Dino Terrain biome ID, the details say that the mod adds only 4 Dino biomes, but there appears to now be 5 - Dino Plains, Dino Mountains, Dino Ocean, Dino Island with Dino Jungle as the latest it looks like. So if using the default configuration values for biome ids, then Dino Jungle gets the value that the configs say is the first value for the IceAgeTerrain (46) and the 4th Ice Age biome (Ice Islands) is now at value 50, not 49 as the comments would make you think.
