Fix NullPointerException on disable Mole and fix #2 #3

Hi. I fix two bugs on LotsOMobs.

main/java/com/lom/lotsomobscore/handler/ConfigHandler.java main/java/com/lom/lotsomobsinit/LotsOMobsBiomes.java Fixes in these files is for #2

main/java/com/lom/lotsomobscore/handler/LotsOMobsEventHandler.java Fixes in this file is supress NullPoninterException on disabling Mole. And I think that should use world's random instance, so I fix it.

And I think that you should specify license of this mod in this repository. If you can, please do it. btw, my pull request is public domain :)

And if you can, please push 3.0.1b source.

Sorry for my english and I hope to merge this :)
