We should also add a list of errors in the wiki.

I'm removing the already-connected error, as it's no longer relevant now that we have accounts.

Need to add things for tournament doesn't exist and player eliminated. For the sake of my sanity and the sake of the 404/403 error messages flying through my terminal.

We should also take into account #42 while we do this.
