Can't add the following extensions to A1111- Artists to study, Tag autocomplete #995

I tried adding extensions to automatic1111 using google colab and I get errors indicating that this has been disabled in the config.

I'd really love to be able to use Artists to study, Tag autocomplete any tips on how to do this would be appreciated! Or adding them by default would be great too.

don't use gradio server when installing the extensions
