Can't get date on #151

cannot retrieve date from picture when clearly the date is in the filename. logs:

it does that by default, but it's not ✨magic✨, or AI, so if this format isn't added yet, it won't recognize it - i will add it then :+1:

as we learned from @palijn https://github.com/TheLastGimbus/GooglePhotosTakeoutHelper/issues/159#issuecomment-1407734535 - those are useless files that you dont need to bother with :+1:
