Huawei requires this:

Description: We found that your app did not explicitly prompt you to read the Privacy Policy when it was first started, logged in, or registered. Please refer to the rule 7.5 of "AppGallery Review Guidelines": https://developer.huawei.com/consumer/cn/doc/50104

[Suggestion]:When an app is started, logged in, or registered for the first time, a noticeable way (such as pop-up window and home page display) is required to prompt the user to read the privacy policy.
