As requested by e-mail, make it possible to hang up an incoming call by flipping the phone over (display facing table).

a3854a600887990f01052ff122dc59ca5353d176 adds most of the logic necessary of this. However, as soon as both options are enabled, the app fails to respond to any option being enabled.

Since d5df8e96784ae4dd308fc1f8c9c8483c7a30fa02 this is finally properly working.
