I'm not familiar with the CoC system. But the DG system was made before Active Effects were a thing, so a lot of the original design decisions don't seem to lend themselves well to Active Effects as I understand them unfortunately. I suspect it would be a significant amount of work to make the sheet handle them in a way that would be a good user experience, at least for skills. So never say never, but at least at the moment I don't see it happening anytime soon.
Would it be possible to have the core FVTT Active Effects implemented/support similar to the way the Call of Cthulhu game system does?
