Request from @ericmichaelbrown. Make the handler only Impossible Landscapes fields more obviously only for Impossible Landscapes, or allow toggling on/off.

in v1.2.4, there is now a system setting that allows turning these fields off. For now, I have left the default to 'true' so people know the fields are there. I could probably be convinced to flip the setting off by default as well though.
