will the mod work without SIT only SPT AKI? No updates are planned to SPT AKI 3.8.0 and for ET 0.14?

As I am not the original creator of the mod, I only ported it to SIT, I won't be making this work on SPT 3.8.0, that'd be up to the mod creator
