Add the email and password validation for the create account view

We need to verify:

• Email address has the @ symbol and has .{char}{char}
• Password field: Cannot contain the username (username = tester WHEN email = tester@test.com) Has to be 8-15 characters, and needs to have 1 number.
• Confirm field: Needs to match the paswordField
• First and Last name need at least one character
• The create account button should be disabled and our gray color until every field is filled out and validated. Once every field is validated and filled the button can become enabled and our standard background color.
