Modify SetTohunga function to run on all entities and set multiple items #237

Title. Ideally the new function would just be called "SetCharacter", and will be able to attach any arbitrary object to any character as long as it's rigged to the same skeleton, just like setting a mask on a Tohunga.

AddPart has been modified to run out of the character BLK rather than level, making this resolved.
