Steps to Reproduce:

it happened during the installation on Windows 10 pro.

Need more information on this. I assume this is a launcher error since the game is not capable of producing such a message.

Hi there, sorry to respond to a post a full almost two years later but i am having the same issue after downloading the latest launcher, i click on play rebuilt, the launcher produces a pop-up that says "Could not find the game, Is it downloaded" with the options of Yes, No, and Cancel, i proceed to click no, the launcher will then show that it is downloading the game with the spinning model of the vahi and everything, then out of nowhere, will produce another pop-up saying "Your operating system is not supported" and force me to cancel the download operation.

Hopefully the dev team sees this, and hopefully it's helpful in finding a solution to this endevour.
