can we put first and last name on same line on phone view? Combine any others? lot of space being taken up, seems like we could put more things on same line like dept and title.

Looking better. Suggest no italics on title; we know it's a title. And the salary is floating in space. suggest aligning left. fonts sizes and bold for the name are good.
