Three times today I crashed when accidentally scrolling/clicking on the recipe for a Mekanism Item.
The latest instance was a Induction battery recipe I believe.
All times in Singleplayer, latest version of the pack since I love new stuff.

Edit: Oops, Github doesn't know how it's Link button works, my bad.
Also, it seems to be moreso an issue with Mechanism's Renderer, as per what the log says if I'm reading it right.
