seeds do not seem to rank up stats #61

my seeds don't seem to be ranking up in their stats. I had several crops lined up with crossed crop sticks to rank them up, trying to get them all to 10-10-10, but they remained all at 1-1-1.

Also having this issue. Is this intentional? It's not necessarily needed but there's no mention of that functionality being disabled.

Big note that this is an AgriCraft function.
