I cannot get the Basic Voltaic Pile to output power. I know that I have to shift-click on the sides to make them orange to output power but that's not working.
In order to make sure I was doing things correctly I created an instance for MC1.12 and added NuclearCraft and Thermal Expansion (and it's others). The simple test was a creative energy cell (TE) next to a Voltaic Pile. Made one side of the Pile to orange (output) and put a normal TE cell on that side. It was getting power instantly.
Went back to GB, creating a dupe instance. Installed TE again, the exact same why and did the same test set up. While the Pile did charge from the creative TE cell, it still would not output.
I don't know what else I could be doing wrong that is preventing it from working.
And I did use the same version of NuclearCraft that is in the current version of the pack, 2.14c.
