I had a high pressure coal boiler with no heat and no water. I filled it up to max capacity with water, and then put one coal in. At around 100 mB of steam, the boiler blew up. This happened 6 times consecutively under the exact same circumstances. From other searches I can tell that this is not due to my misdoings and it severely impacted my ability to do anything related to the LV age.
