binnie core, JEI need 14.23.5.2816 or above gregtech community edition , mystcal lib need 14.23.5.2847 or above nuclearcraft need 14.23.5.2860 or above virsion of forge in modpack 14.23.5.15

you have the wrong versions of the mods that are meant to be in the modpack
