Steam Furnace and High Pressure Steam Furnace Are the Same Speed #78

Modpack version: 1.4.2 Client/Server: Server

As the title says, both furnaces smelt at the exact same speed, which is disappointing considering how slow steel is to make (and that the quest says otherwise).

Fixed as closed issue on GTCE https://github.com/GregTechCE/GregTech/issues/332. On 2.2.1 as it has updated GTCE to 1.7.0, it is fixed here as well.
