Material conflict #4

Just like this: Caused by: slimeknights.tconstruct.library.TinkerAPIException: [TCon API] Could not register Material "thorium": It was already registered by NuclearCraft

Will these materials be registered as tool materials for Tinkers' Construct? Order: boron, tough alloy, hard carbon, boron nitride, thorium, uranium, magnesium, chocolate.
