Describe the bug Cannot open the Immersive Engineering Manual on a Minecraft Server.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make Immersive Engineering Manual
  2. Right-click, does not open

Remove optifine and try again.

Q: I can't get into my compact machines! I just get teleported out instantly unless I'm in creative!? Oh and also my Engineer's manual doesn't work :( A: Download the latest Game Stages mod (https://minecraft.curseforge.com/projects/game-stages/files) for both server and client (credits for finding and reporting bug goes to @PhoenixMage)

(It fixes a bunch of other right-click actions too)
