Avaritia jar includes files from botania (outdated?). If removed, bug is gone. Also there's 2 versions of Avaritia in the pack.
It could be wider issue than i see, but errors hint about conflict when wearing some part of manasteel armor and using a tool, at least shears but could be more.
Server reboot did not fix this type of bug, the player files had to be deleted or rolled to backup so conflicting items are removed, otherwise he just can't log in.
