Combustion Multiblock not forming #849

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Step one Make component parts
  2. Step two... Follow instructions. only ping back, Invalid Multiblock form.

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here. This is not a new issue, has been on going for a long time now, and this will be the 5th report. Hopefully people actually see it before the coward devs remove it, because its obvious they are only too happy to blithely ignore and hide their failures instead of fixing it

need a screen shot or more information. what blocks are you using. Also looks like this is for a different modpack
