Resources from River quest not duable #861

Describe the bug The quests resources and river isn’t duable. Even if you get to y 70-60 it doesn’t work without being in a river biome which a the book doesn’t explain and b it’s virtually impossible to get one so I’m marking this as broken

Edit: The entire quest line isn’t duable since river metals is needed which you need to be in a river biome for

you dont need to be in a river biome, it just has to be surrounded by flowing water
