Control menu glitches visually to the right

controls menu glitches to right, can't remember exactly what i was doing at the time, but i believe i was accidentally went into fullscreen mode and went back to windowed. i was also searching for a specific key at the time. the excavator hotkey.

to recreate:

1. go to controls screen
2. go back and forth between window and fullscren
