Tall Mystcal Black Flower can't be crafted

I had no issues. Steps:

  1. use the botania floral fertilzer on grass until you get the black flower
  2. turn the black flower into a black petal
  3. plant black petal onto grass
  4. bonemeal black petal
  5. harvest tall black flower with shears

Not exactly a solution, as I cannot recreate the issue, but an alternative is to place crop sticks on grass and plant the mystic flower seed on them. Never have to break and lose the flower again, just shimmy dance it, bonemeal it or stand with a watering can, right click to get the petals and repeat.
