Tooltip positioning for latency information #64

Description:

When I hover over the '?' button in the Microbar to view the latency information, the tooltip that appears is slightly off.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Hover over the '?' button in the Microbar.
  2. Observe that the tooltip showing the latency information is not well positioned.

Expected Result:

The tooltip should appear in the same position as the rest of the tooltips.
