Update SUCC-bag.lua #74

1) Add functionality to save SUCC_Bag position on game reload. The data is saved in ## SavedVariablesPerCharacter Issue: https://github.com/TheLinuxITGuy/Turtle-Dragonflight/issues/47

2) Clamp the minimap frame to the screen.
