Clean output folder before starting tests

Ensure that any outdated or incomplete output data from previous test runs is removed before each new test is executed, preventing potential false positives or misleading test results
Add a call to DatasetTestingLibrary.clean_up(target_path) at the beginning of each test method across various dataset test files

One test crashes but I checked it crashes regardless of the change,

Please take a look at #86, and refactor PR description.

I think the cleanup should be added as separate test, same way as it is added after all the tests. I suggest calling it test_initial_clean_up_{dataset_name}. What do you think @A-Huli?
