Add configurable .ssh and .gnupg paths #367

It would be nice if the hardcoded ~/.ssh and ~/.gnupg could be configurable, maybe through yadm config. In my case the ssh folder is in ~/.config, so every time i run a yadm command, it creates an empty .ssh folder in my home directory
