For this, we're going to do:

Points (thrower/receiver)
Fouls
No timing, but still use sessions (like soccer)
End game call on frisbee plugin to do bracket calculation

I did a pretty big refactor to generalize as much of the soccer stuff as I could (including gateway calls) to make things easier on the front end. I'll be adding in the ultimate API starting tomorrow.
