[1.14.4] Feature Request - ability to disable and to decrease the weight of the useless biome. #9

Describe the bug The Useless biome generates almost 50% of the time with Biomes o plenty world type, would really like to decrease the chance of it generating by 90%.

The ability to disable the generation entirely would be desirable as well if a modpack wanted it.
