move from paperclip to kt-paperclip to avoid mimemagic-0.3.3 dependency #575

Removes dependency on mimemagic v. 0.3.3, which has been deleted from the internet due to licensing issues. This was a dependency of paperclip, so moved to a fork that is being maintained. As a result, reduces priority of #558.
