Retrieve enumerations automatically via api #13

It looks like the enumerations must get managed and sycnec manually. A si 
understand the order shall be configurable.
The enumerations cann be automcatically pulled via the api, so user donn't have 
to enter and sync it manually.
Enter a detailed description of the new feature

This will be in the next version. (It's already in the trunk)
Please note it will only be supported from redmine 2.1 and up.
