Hi,

I have downloaded the exe and trying to use it with our redmine. I have enabled REST Web Services jSON support in Administration > Settings > Authentication.

While trying to configure, I am able to connect successfully using Test Connection button, however, after I save it give me error that failed to load list of projects.

Please check them here redmine-client-initial connect successful

error-on saving settings

Note that said user has Projects data, and it should work fine! Can you please check what is wrong, and advise how to fix that?

Hi, try unchecking 'only show projects I am member of', you might not be a member of the projects? Op 1 jun. 2015 11:57 schreef "Krunal" notifications@github.com:

Hi, Thanks for your fast response. I tried that as well, but it didn't helped. Same issue! Any other idea!

Hi, did you already try to use json instead of xml? Op 1 jun. 2015 13:00 schreef "Krunal" notifications@github.com:

Hi, Yes. I tried both. I double checked settings in Redmine to make sure everything is fine. And tried with one commercial desktop plugin that works just fine with our Redmine. Any idea!

Hi, Any idea how can I use this?

TheMagician1 commented 9 years ago

Do you have any public projects? what do you get when you request http:///projects.xml?
