This beta is never going to be stable enough to release, due to fundamental design flaws in current code to the direction of phase2. Spending any more time on trying to retro fit old code is a waste of time.
This finalizes all changes that were on my local dev for phase 1 code and I'm proceeding on with phase 2 which is going to reorganize, replace and discard the old code.
