Doors stay open on disconnect. #8

When the user disconnects from the BBS AKA hangs up. It looks like DOSBox is not lowering DTR when the socket is destroyed. Most applications have a idle timeout so bug is high priority but not critical.

Problem resolved when ported to .Net v5. Code original written to handle this works as expected, where it didn't in Framework v4.8.
