Market Enabler not working on Galaxy S

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.set auto fake on change to uk number

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to be able to download spotify fron Android Market but it is still not 
there after rebooting my phone.  My phone is not rooted do I need to root it? 
Am I doing something wrong?

What version of the product are you using? On what ROM?
2.1-update1 I897UCJF6 2.6.29  jetaek.lee@sep-11 #2 ECLAIR
Market Enabler Just installed today 2/27/11 so it is most recent one on android 
market

The preconditions are a rooted phone with a working su app and busybox 
installed.

Be aware that rooting your phone is a risk and you have to decide if you want 
to do it or not and can't make anyone else responsible if something brakes 
because of the rooting process or later as you get superpower and can enter 
commands for self destruction.
