modify floating action button functionality #1

Right now it only works properly when on the IdeogramScreen. Either make it disappear while not on that screen or make it work on any screen, but don't leave the button there if it can't do anything.

I've decided that I'll do this by giving each screen its own scaffold since that should naturally fix this. I'll post a new issue and close this comment as resolved.
