filter the kanji that can be studied #17

As per design specifications, kanji should be introduced in a very way following certain rules. 1) Kanji that have one or more components that do not have a certain retention and coercivity will not be available to study. 2) Kanji will be introduced in order of their number of strokes.

I have made it so that only the kanji available to study appear when studying.

I have decided not to implement the number of strokes part since it would only really affect the first ~100 kanji what don't have any components.
